Needed PT for Hiawatha Hall in Winona, a nine bed intensive residential treatment facility serving adults who have mental illness.  Applicants must be willing to disclose their personal recovery from mental illness as they assist residents in developing and pursuing individual recovery goals.  Associate or bachelor degree in human service related fields is preferred.  Work or volunteer experience providing peer support preferred.  Current certification or willingness to complete training and pursue certification is required. Applicants must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills and have an ability to manage stressful and emotional situations. FT position (Monday – Friday daytime hours) in La Crosse will implement evidence-based Supported Employment Program for adults with severe mental illness and to provide general oversight of other evidence-based program implementation. Duties include providing outcome-based supervision, carrying a small caseload assisting consumers in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment, and working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Training and technical assistance provided. Required: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, supervisory experience, good driving record, and a reliable vehicle available for work use.  Preferred: Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or related area, experience as an employment specialist, experience with people with severe mental illness and vocational services.

FT position to provide In-Home Safety Services in La Crosse County. Position will work directly with families to assure safety and build family supports and resources. This position will also work as part of a team attending family meetings and communicating closely with social services staff.  Minimum qualifications include a four year degree in a social services or related field, working knowledge of child development and positive parenting practices, possession of a current driver’s license, use of a reliable vehicle, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in difficult situations. Training and/or experience in trauma informed care preferred.  Working hours vary to accommodate the needs of families and include on-call responsibilities.

Needed PT in Winona.  Requires bachelor's degree in social/behavioral sciences or related field and 2000 hours experience in delivery of service with persons with mental experiences or 6000 hours supervised experience without degree.  Duties include assessing functionality, developing rehabilitative treatment plans and maintaining client file documentation in accordance with DHS licensing standards, crisis prevention and de-escalation including one weekend on call every other month, medication monitoring, and working with residents toward goals in mental health recovery in group and individual formats.   Emphasis on dual diagnosis treatment recommended.  Hours are second shift 3:30pm to 11:30pm.     This position will become a full time opportunity.   Each position must have strong computer skills, be a team player and have good interpersonal skills.
