MENTAL HEALTH REHABILITATION WORKER

Needed PT for Intensive Residential Treatment facility in Winona serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse.  Positions are all shifts evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights (11:30 pm – 7:30 am).  Duties include facilitating individual recovery goals, monitoring medications, assisting with daily living skills including cooking and housekeeping, and promoting health & wellness activities.  Applicants must have associate of arts degree (60 credit hours) in behavioral sciences or human services or registered nurse without bachelor’s degree, or 4000 hours supervised paid work experience in delivery of adult mental health services.

RESIDENT CARE STAFF

Needed PT for youth home in La Crosse serving at risk youth ages 12-17. Position is awake overnight (10-7am) weekends including bed checks throughout the night.  All applicants must be 21 years of age and have a good driving record.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SUPERVISOR

Needed FT to implement evidence-based Supported Employment Program for adults with severe mental illness in La Crosse. Duties include outcome-based supervision, carrying a small caseload assisting consumers in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment, and working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Training and ongoing technical assistance provided by the state of Wisconsin. Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling and experience as an employment specialist preferred; bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and supervisory experience required. Experience with people with severe mental illness and vocational services preferred. Good driving record required.

TRACKER

Needed PT for Tracking Program in Winona serving at-risk population ages 12 - adulthood.  Candidates will be highly motivated, independent, and assertive.  Duties include monitoring and reporting on youth and adults.  Responsibilities are meeting with clients in a variety of settings, communicating with county workers, and submitting timely written reports.  This position offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking social work or criminal justice experience, working with a diverse group of people with a variety of needs.  Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a good driving record.
