• Licensed youth home serving males and females ages 12-17 years
• Provides 24 hour supervision of residents, including awake overnight staff
• Offers a therapeutic setting which can include AODA and mental health diagnosed treatment
• Features a relationship based approach incorporating a progressive motivational system utilizing Positive Behavioral Support and Trauma Informed Care models.
• Intensive case management services ensures collaboration with family, referral sources and other involved service providers
• Therapy options include day treatment, individual and family outpatient services and/or group therapy at least once a week
• School options include La Crosse Public Schools, Family & Children's Center alternative school or GED Program
• Includes community integration services through independent living skills training
• Provides transportation for home visits/in-home therapy and/or cost of hotel stay for on-site visits or family therapy
