Program Highlights

  • Designed for youth ages 12-18 years
  • Focus on mental health and/or deliquency issues
  • Services are individualized based on the needs of the child being referred
  • Completed by Mental Health Professional
  • Includes testing, scoring, interviews, and/or staffings with each referred youth and/or their family members
  • Coordinates with collateral service providers
  • At the end of each evaluation, a written report is provided regarding services provided, a diagnostic assessment, and individualized recommendations
  • All third party billing options will be exhausted
