Supervised Visitation
Program Highlights
• Provides confidential, non-biased supervision of children removed from the home and their parent(s)
• Provides trained supervised visitation monitors who ensure child(ren)’s safety
• Provides referral sources with a factual report of visit
• Maintains collaboration with referral sources
• Visits may be scheduled and set up at the request of county social workers and/or parents
• Program goal is to assess parent/child interaction and safety to facilitate longer-term appropriate placement for the child
