Youth Evaluations

Psychological Evaluations

This service is designed for youth ages 12 to 18 with mental health and/or delinquency issues. Individuals are evaluated based on their needs and a Mental Health Professional completes each evaluation. This program includes administration/scoring and interpretation of testing as well as interviews with each youth, including family members. Written reports including a diagnosis and recommendations are provided as needed.

Psychosexual Evaluations

This service is designed for mental health and/or delinquency issues in youth ages 12 to 18 who have been charged with a sexual offense. Focusing on the individualized needs of the referred individual, evaluations are completed by a Mental Health Professional. This program includes administration/scoring and interpretation of testing as well as interviews with each youth, including family members. Written reports including a diagnosis and recommendations are provided as needed.

Family Assessments

This service assesses the family system needs as they relate to the needs of the youth to support the youth’s progress. Observations and interviews with youth and family members are featured in this service. Each participant receives a written report provided with recommendations of services for the family.
