MONITOR, Safe Visitation, Winona, MN

MONITORS needed PT within the Safe Visitation Program (15-20 hours/week with the potential up to 29 hours/week). Applicants should be flexible in their availability as services are scheduled 7 days a week and hours range from 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM. Supervisors are willing to work around applicants’ school schedules or other jobs as well. Monitors are responsible for providing a variety of services within Winona, MN and surrounding areas. The Monitor’s role includes visitation and exchange services between parents and their children as well as monitoring at-risk individuals within the community. Services are typically needed due to a history of domestic violence, child protection, and/or court involvement. Monitors must maintain the safety and well-being of participants during services and intervene when necessary. Monitors are also responsible for submitting non-biased documentation in a timely manner. Candidates should be highly motivated, independent, and assertive. Punctuality, organization, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are a must for this position. Applicants must be 20 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. Experience working with children and families is preferred, but not required.
