Adult Supervision Program

The Adult Supervision Program provides an intensive level of supervision in the community, in coordination with Winona County Community Services, to adults with mental illness, adults struggling with substance abuse, parents who have an open child protection case and/or court order. The intent of the program is to encourage each client to follow court ordered requirements, county case plans, and to provide safety for their children. Program staff work closely with the participants and their county workers to establish individualized plans.
