Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Program is designed for those who deal with impulsive behavior, emotional dysregulation, and/or chaotic relationships. Comprehensive DBT includes weekly individual therapy, a DBT group, and a phone coaching line. DBT teaches core skills to help individuals with effectiveness in engaging in relationships, regulating difficult emotions, learning to be present, and tolerating distress.
