Family & Children’s Center’s The Other Door is highlighting the benefits of creating and enjoying artistic expression during ‘Art: Unencumbered’. The two-day exhibition will take place at The Other Door, located at Family & Children’s Center’s Vernon County offices, located at 1321 North Main Street, Viroqua, WI.
“Oppression isolates us. Freedom connects us,” said Samantha Buesgens, The Other Door coordinator. “Come experience the varied forms of artwork created within our community and be inspired and empowered.”
The two-day ‘Art: Unencumbered’ exhibition will take place April 17 and April 18 from 4 to 7 p.m. The show is free to attend for all community members.
The exhibition is part of an ongoing series to create the opportunity for artists and art lovers alike to come together to enjoy creativity and expression.
