Complementary coach bus transportation will leave at 4:30 p.m. from FCC’s Franklin Street offices at 601 Franklin Street in Winona, MN. Riders can begin loading at 4:15 p.m.  The bus will leave Celebrations on the River at 8 p.m. to return to Winona.
