Family & Children’s Center is excited to join Engage Winona during two community block parties this summer designed to foster neighborly connections and celebrate community spirit. The first block party will take place at Maplewood Townhomes on Tuesday, August 5, from 4-6 p.m. The second block party will be held at the East End Rec Center on Friday, August 29, from 3-7 p.m., co-hosted with the city of Winona Parks and Recreation Department.

Thanks to the generous support of Winona Health and the Winona Eagles, these free events will feature a variety of activities for all ages, food, and opportunities for residents to meet and mingle with their neighbors. Local organizations will also be tabling, sharing information about their resources and programs. The block parties aim to create a welcoming environment where community bonds can strengthen and new friendships can form.
