Family & Children’s Center, partners to host wellness fair in Viroqua June 1 (Vernon County Times)
Family & Children’s Center (FCC), along with the support of several organizations in and around Vernon County, are ready to welcome community members to the inaugural FCC & Partners In Wellness Fair coming June 1 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Vernon Memorial Healthcare building and outside area at the Vernon County Fairgrounds.
This free event for all ages will be an opportunity for community members to come together, enjoy a range of activities, and learn about the ways that FCC continues to improve the lives of people living in Vernon County.
People at the fair can enjoy live music by Fran Felton and Friends, as well as Whiskey Chiken, family-friendly activities, inflatables, Bluedog Cycles’ bike course, “Get In The Seat” with Hillsboro Equipment, a visit from the sheriff department’s new K9 team, mental health and wellness information, plus local food trucks including Dave’s Pizza, Noble Rind Cheese Company and Magpie Gelato.
