‘Hands Art For…’ Celebration Held In Winona, honoring student artists

Hundreds of children are being celebrated for their art in Winona. On April 27, FCC staff, WNB Financial leaders, Winona Mayor Scott Sherman, and community members came together to celebrate the winning artist during a reception.
