Alicia Hengel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Marquette University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Alicia assists her clients in addressing a diverse range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, stress reduction, trauma, and family conflict. With a person-centered and trauma-informed framework, her approach to therapy focuses on building upon individual strengths and collaboratively working through the process of change. Alicia is Clinical Supervisor of Day Treatment and provides Outpatient Services.

Luann Gregorich, MS, Clinical Trainee
Luann Gregorich is a clinical trainee currently pursuing full licensure in the state of Minnesota to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Luann earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Winona State University and specializes in counseling adolescents and adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Luann has over 5 years of working with adolescents & young adults and is passionate about helping her clients cope and manage stress. Luann specializes in depression, anxiety disorders, substance use, and trauma. Luann’s works with Youth ACT and Outpatient Services.
Matt Brickl, MA, Clinical Trainee
Matthew Brickl has a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. Matthew has experience working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness as well as extensive experience working with at-risk adolescent youth. Matthew primarily works with adolescent and adult mental health populations; focusing on depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and stress reduction. Matthew currently works with Day Treatment and Outpatient Services.
Lauren Rumball, MSW, LGSW, Clinical Trainee
Lauren Rumball earned her Master of Social Work with a clinical focus on Adult Mental Health and Wellness from the University of Southern California, and also has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lauren is currently pursuing full licensure to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota. Lauren practices from a strengths-based, person-centered approach and has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including those with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Currently, Lauren provides therapeutic services in Day Treatment and Outpatient Services.
Laura Hohlfeld, MS, LPC, CSAC, Professional Counselor
Laura Hohlfeld is a licensed Professional Counselor and a licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Viterbo University. Laura has experience working with adolescents and adults with various diagnoses, including severe and persistent mental illnesses, co-occurring mental illness and substance use issues, and behavioral issues. She works with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on adolescent and adult mental health and substance abuse populations, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and stress reduction.

Molly Skinner, LPC-IT, SAC-IT, Outpatient Therapist
Molly Skinner is a licensed professional counselor in training and a licensed substance abuse counselor in training. She has her master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State. She’s worked with adolescents and adults with various diagnoses, including dual-diagnosis. She has extensive experience working with the incarcerated population and those recently released from jail. She works with clients both individually and groups. Molly is the treatment provider for Vernon County Sobriety Court and Drug Court. At FCC she works with adolescents and adults with persistent mental illnesses and behavioral issues.
Melody Hansen, MSW, LGSW, Clinical Trainee
Melony Hansen has worked in the world of Human Services for 14 years as a child protection social worker working with victims of child abuse and their families, conducting investigations and case managing for those clients. Melony received her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with an emphasis in research, from Viterbo University and her master’s degree in psychology, with a specialization in family and children’s services, from Loras College. She is a certified social worker, a licensed substance abuse counselor and intoxicated driver assessor. Melony has enhanced the expertise level at FCC in Viroqua specializing in substance use disorders, parenting, domestic violence, trauma informed care, assessment and group facilitation.
